We are a class of year 6, 7 and 8 learners at Matawai School in Gisborne, where the hills are high and the sky is the limit. Mrs Bennett and Mrs Allan are our teachers.

The science of yeast
Today we created a 'gif' to demonstrate our understanding of the science behind yeast. Our gif highlights the process involved with activating the yeast and the chemical reaction which occurs to produce carbon dioxide. This the process which aids in making light and fluffy bread!

this is really interesting and i love the gif. it is very original and i cannot get over the gif. but i was wondering two things. 1: is it safe to do at home. 2:how did you make the gif
